AT & T has just announced that it has fully acquired Centennial Communications. By purchasing a wireless provider, AT & T has supported its coverage footprint in the Midwest and Southeast United States (particularly Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio and Texas), and in Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.
AT & T will integrate Centennial products and services to his own. In addition, his department will begin the transition to retail outlets Centennial AT & T stores as soon as possible.
In connection with that, AT & T said that phaknya would provide 3G coverage in approximately 200 areas Centennial existing marketing. Centennial customers will be able to take advantage of AT & T service immediately.
To obtain approval for the transaction, AT & T have agreed to release the eight market (five of them for Verizon Wireless). The total cost of these transactions worth 2.7 billion USD, or about 270 trillion rupiah.
